Fall Events:

10/23 5:00 in Chandler 201 - All-Member Meeting. Welcome new members to Psi Chi and hear more about the upcoming service project at the Fredericksburg Food Bank!

10/18 5:00 in Chandler 304 - GRE Tips 'n Tricks: Psychology Subject Test. Dr. Erchull will be giving advice and guidelines about taking the Psychology Subject Test. Pizza will be served for $1.

10/25 5:00 in Chandler 304 - GRE Tips 'n Tricks: Math. Jeff Glazer from Griffin Prep will be giving pointers on conquering the Math section of the GRE. Come receive advice from a professional on how to ace the Math section and enjoy Pizza for $1.

11/1 5:00 in Chandler 304 - GRE Tips 'n Tricks: Verbal. Jeff Glazer from Griffin Prep will join us again to give suggestions about the Verbal section of the GRE. He will provide many suggestions on how to successfully complete this section of the GRE. Pizza will be served for $1.

11/3 9:00 am - Fall service Project at the Fredericksburg Food Bank. With help from Mortar Board, Psi Chi Members will be packing boxes to go out to elderly members in the Fredericksburg community to help them have a nicer Thanksgiving. 11/8 5:00 in Chandler 304 - GRE Tips 'n Tricks. Our very own Dr. Kilmartin will be giving advice about test anxiety, test taking strategies and general advice about taking the GRE. Enjoy pizza for $1.

Psi Chi will be selling raffle tickets for Fredericksburg Counseling Service's Sweet Side of Life this fall. The Sweet Side of Life is an annual benefit held in February. Watch for e-mails about how you can help out with this project!

4/24-4/25 - 23rd Annual Psi Chi Symposium. This year's symposium will feature keynote speaker, Deborah Clawson from Catholic University. She will be speaking about her recent research on prospective memory. She has been doing research on this topic with college students, middle-aged adults, and people with multiple sclerosis.
